Croatia and Slovenia sign border dispute agreement (05/11/2009)
The agreement should allow further rapid progress on opening the remaining chapters of the EU accession negotiations with Croatia.
The UK is a strong supporter of enlargement. We believe that bilateral disputes should not hold up the accession process.
We hope that Croatia will continue press ahead with the reforms necessary for membership and look forward to her progress in accession negotiations.
